Today is about understanding how Bowl of Heaven flows during a shift.

You are NOT expected to know everything yet.

Your focus is:

• understanding stations

• observing movement

• learning how orders move through the store

You Pass Shift 1 When:

• You understand the 4 stations

• You know where to stand during a rush

• You stay engaged during training

• You understand basic flow between stations
